I'm sure a lot of us remember the thread about Niketas the Mad, immortal God-Emperor of Byzantium.There was also the one about the other immortal God-Emperor, this one of Carpathia, but he was a product of editing files, not by using the ruler designer.What I'm wondering is how much health a character needs to become functionally immortal. Niketas had 64 health, but I'm wondering if you could make do with less than that, and not have to pick traits that render your character a vegetable.Or has Paradox done something to make this impossible? I imagine that if you found a way to make a capable God-Emperor, it would make multiplayer games a bit unbalanced. Below is a seachable table of all 443 trait IDs from Crusader Kings II on Steam (PC / Mac). Use the trait IDs with commands like addtrait and removetrait to add, remove and change them. Click to expand.Its arguably impossible to do now without outright 'cheating'. Giving your character 1000 Health will not make them immortal, as the risk of dying increases the older the character gets, its been added a while back to combat 80 year old rulers who simply wont die from anything, even if they have only 5 health by default. The only way to do so is to go into the savegame files and add 'immortal=yes' under/after the health value, depending on how the setup looks like in the file.Note that it is its own variable and it will make you immortal to almost everything except dying in combat which can kill you no matter what, but disease or old age will never kill you.
